THROW OUT that bottle of wine that’s been sitting in your fridge for over 2 weeks now.
Yea, I’m talking to you. “I’m going to drink it later, I promise.” – “It’ll go great with dinner tomorrow” – “I don’t wanna get drunk.”
Pour. It. Out.
All you’re doing is setting yourself up for failure when finally do decide to drink it, and it tastes like absolute shit. Wine gets better as it ages, yes, to a certain degree.
Not when it’s sitting half opened in your fridge for weeks on end.
